Inspire holistic well-being during an upcoming event, gathering, meeting or conference by incorporating Health Boost videos! The mental, physical and spiritual health activities will encourage participants to pause in the midst of a busy day to focus on healthy living.
The activities are a maximum of two minutes in length, are appropriate for any size group and can be done in any space!
Each video can be used independently, (i.e., as a spiritual health moment before a committee meeting), or all three videos can be shown as a set throughout an event (i.e., before your mid-morning break, before dismissing to lunch and before your mid-afternoon break).
